The Platform will not be liable for losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits and Payments

6.2 Withdrawal to Verified Methods

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method that is registered in the Member's verified name. tt88win will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, e-wallets belonging to another person or anonymous cryptocurrency addresses where traceability is not possible.

6.3 Processing Times

• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Circumventing security controls, access restrictions or identity verification measures

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the tt88win Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts and software, is the intellectual property of tt88win or its content licensors. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts subject to pending withdrawal requests, active bonus conditions or open investigation cannot be closed until those matters are resolved. Self-exclusion requests made under responsible gambling provisions will be actioned in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy.

11.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

11.3 Effects of Termination
